About John Pidding JOnes

John Pidding Jones and three of his sons (all early settlers) built homes in Iron County Ut, although exact locations are unknown. John Pidding Jones moved here in about 1869. He operated an iron foundry to the north of here for 20 years. His three sons who remained in Enoch were John Lee, Sylvester, and Hyrum. They were leaders for many years and became known as “The Three Patriarchs.”
